1. Register and submit profile:

2. Meet 2 of 3 requirements:
   GPA : 2.0
   Graduate top half of class
   ACT: 18 or SAT: 860
   * send qualifying scores to NAIA code: 9876
   
3. Pay registration fee(s):
   *you may qualify for a fee waiver
   
4. Send official transcript(s) to NAIA:

5. Sign Certificate of Clearance and S.A.P.F. form with F.A.R. or Compliance
   
6. Enroll Full Time (12 hours or more) at Fisk University
   *Fisk student-athletes are strongly advised to enroll in a min. of 15 hours per semester
   
7. PLAY! Make sure your name is on the Elgibility Certificate before competing
